Supply Chain Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Supply Chain Coordinator manages the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, inventory management, and shipping for our medical device operation. This role ensures materials are ordered efficiently, inventory levels are optimized, and products are shipped accurately and on time. 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Health Science, Technology or related fields.  

Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in medical devices 

Other: 

• Knowledge of FDA/ISO requirements for medical device manufacturing 

• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software 

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES  

1. Execute the complete procurement cycle from ordering to receiving 
2. Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring and forecasting 
3. Coordinate all shipping operations including packaging, documentation, and carrier management 
4. Develop relationships with key suppliers and?logistics?partners 
5. Ensure regulatory compliance across all supply chain activities 
6. Generate weekly reports on key supply chain metrics 
7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency 
8. Become a go to source for questions on implementation of the ERP system
