Job Description:

  • Full-time position based at our Manufacturing production facility. Responsible for production

planning to meet demand needs, maintaining inventory of 4000+ SKUs servicing 25+
markets. Applying logic and improving processes in line with growth.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the daily production schedule for production lines and multiple
    shifts expanding as necessary.

  • Weigh demand, capacity, supply, and logic to determine the most efficient production
    schedule.

  • Monitor output and delivery issues, instigate corrective actions and deviations as
    necessary.

  • Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes.

  • Oversee creation of item codes applying logic and planning for all materials globally
    (finished goods, raw materials, etc.).

  • Create & maintain BOMs for all items produced in house and purchased from contract
    manufacturers.

  • Manage item numbers and maintain uniformity across all systems (MRP, sales,
    inventory, etc.).

  • Ensure all new items are processed correctly and timely, ensuring that all parts are
    identified (finished and unfinished) and that each is assigned a part number.

  • Assist as a liaison between operations, marketing, and international to support new
    product launches.

  • Will be assigned additional tasks to assist with inventory management, planning, or
    other operations functions as needed.

  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision in identifying tasks that need to
    be completed

Job Qualifications:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of various supply chain functions and manufacturing efficiencies and
  • constraints
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Proficiency in MasterControl
  • Understanding of importance of proper item setup and maintenance and effects through
  • entire supply chain
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain/operations management,
  • manufacturing or other equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work toward and meet specified deadlines
  • 1-2 years’ experience in production planning or operations preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision in identifying tasks that need to
  • be completed
