Procurement Specialist

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports purchasing and vendor coordination for our solar installation operations—and occasionally for other Tiger divisions including fuel, fleet, and facilities. The right candidate will be a natural problem solver who enjoys keeping things organized and moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the purchasing and delivery of materials for solar projects and company operations
• Build relationships with vendors, track purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement records
• Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and accounting to ensure on-time material availability
• Monitor inventory levels, support warehouse organization, and facilitate proper storage of materials
• Assist with fleet-related purchasing such as vehicle parts, safety gear, or maintenance equipment
• Monitor costs and help identify opportunities for savings or process improvements
• Ensure procurement policies and procedures are followed across multiple divisions

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination
• Experience with solar, renewable energy, construction, or fleet operations is a strong plus
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to evolving needs
• Comfortable working with vendors, spreadsheets, and internal software systems
• College degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is a plus!
