The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Business Cloud team by efficiently managing quotes, purchases, inventory, and equipment delivery for our clients. This position is designed to streamline operational processes by performing routine and detail-oriented tasks. The Operations Coordinator will also assist with basic bookkeeping and office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling client requests for equipment and services, preparing and processing quotes and invoices, managing license assignments and renewals, and coordinating equipment returns and warranty claims with our partner vendors. You will collaborate closely with the Client Success and Operations teams to maintain accurate client billables and support ongoing projects.
