You will be essential to ensuring the efficient flow of materials, services, and information across our organization. You will play a key role in aligning supply chain strategy with business objectives, improving performance, and driving operational excellence.
 
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in procurement and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership and supervisory experience (minimum three years), with the ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams. This role requires hands-on expertise with ERP and MRP systems—Oracle experience is strongly preferred, including item setup and system optimization. A deep knowledge of supply chain fundamentals such as BOMs, routings, ABC classifications, safety stock, and procurement procedures (CPIM certification a plus) is essential. Candidates should demonstrate analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making, as well as innovative ideas to improve procurement processes. Experience placing purchase orders, managing invoices, and collaborating with suppliers and commodity managers is required. Continuous improvement experience—such as Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies—is highly valued, along with a track record of driving efficiency and system enhancements across the supply chain function.
 
The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 6:30 am until 4:00 pm and Fridays from 7 am until 11 am with the option of one hybrid day a week after training is complete.
 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals and customer satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance.
  • Supervise and analyze supply chain metrics to see opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and product development to ensure supply chain alignment.
  • Lead initiatives in system improvement, forecasting, and supply continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Manage risk and respond optimally to supply chain disruptions and ambiguity.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in business or technical field, or related.
  • Minimum of (5) plus years of experience in procurement required.
  • Minimum of (3) plus years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge
  • Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. ERP, Power BI, Excel)

 Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,386 - $114,000, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
