Reports to: Manager, Raw Materials Supply Planning

Your opportunity at Arc’teryx:
As a Raw Material Supply Planner (RMSP), you will play a key role in the supply planning of raw materials for the production of finished goods, by negotiating and planning supplier capacity, forecasting raw material production and managing supplier delivery performance.
You will work with a portfolio of overseas manufacturers and ensure that their production forecast best supports our finished good supplier base. You will collaborate internally with the Raw Materials Development and Sourcing teams, Quality, Finished Goods Supply Planning, Global Planning and Finished Goods Sourcing teams to achieve supply and delivery targets.
You will also support key projects and initiatives within the team and beyond, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the raw material commercialization and Sales & Operations Planning processes.
This is a temporary contract with an end date of August 28, 2026. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Raw Materials Supply Planning is a highly dynamic and collaborative team of Raw Material Supply Planners who each individually manage a portfolio of overseas manufacturers (organized by raw material category/commodity) and report to a Manager of Raw Materials Supply Planning.
The team collaborates closely on departmental deadlines and process-improvement projects and aligns their portfolio work to present as a cohesive team in planning, monitoring production and resolving supply issues.
Each Raw Material Supply Planner maintains excellent knowledge of the unique manufacturing constraints of their portfolio and acts as a subject-matter expert in their categories to cross-functional teams and to management.
