JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Develop planning parameters within the ERP system for the
production cell.
Timely release and completion of Work Orders to support the Master
Build Plan & customer delivery commitments.
Manage and communicate the WIP priorities to support capacity
constraints and on-time delivery.
Analyze Work Order cost variances with timely resolution.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of WIP
inventory.
Expedite and communicate component shortages to resolve material
availability constraints.
Effectively implements and communicates ECO activity within the
production cell.
Perform material analysis using advance planning systems for
expedited delivery requests.
Support all Aftermarket manufacturing requirements within the cell
to support on-time delivery.
Manage customer configuration and incorporate any change within
the production cell.
Follow all ISO documented procedures and make recommendations
to improve processes.
Responsible for meeting department performance objectives.
Develop and communicate reports as required.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Associate/Bachelor's degree from a two/four-year college university or 1
-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Certificate/Licenses/Special Requirement:
APICS Certification desirable
Other Skills and Abilities:
Flexible to work any assigned shift and/or extended hours.
Experience with an integrated ERP system (Glovia a plus).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint & Access desirable).
Must be able to work over-time as required.
