We’re looking for a Production Planner to manage daily scheduling and coordinate production efforts across departments. This role is key to meeting our customer commitments and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules for Machine Shop and Assembly
• 🧾 Create, release, and track production orders using ERP (Business Central preferred)
• 🔄 Adjust schedules based on delays, shortages, or shifting priorities
• 🤝 Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Production teams to align demand and capacity
• 📊 Support weekly S&OP meetings and generate production status reports
• 🔍 Evaluate BOMs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate routing
• 🚀 Contribute to ongoing improvement of planning processes and system data integrity

✅ Qualifications

• 🎓 1–3 years of production planning or scheduling experience
• 🎯 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (experience may substitute)
• 💻 ERP system experience required (Business Central or Epicor preferred)
• 📈 Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
• 🗣 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 🔧 Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing workflows
• 🧩 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
