Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our mission-driven team and ensure that every ingredient, package, and piece of equipment we source supports our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Source and negotiate with trusted suppliers for raw ingredients, packaging, and equipment.

• Ensure materials meet strict GMP, FDA, and quality standards.

• Manage inventory and supplier relationships to keep production running smoothly.

• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams on new product development.

• Track market trends to find cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1+ years of procurement or supply chain experience (food, nutraceutical, or pharma preferred).

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for quality and collaboration.
