The Opportunity

We are inviting applications from individuals who have expertise in client care and service excellence, for an opportunity as a Pension Operations Analyst. With direction from the Manager Pension Administration the Pension Operations Analyst responds to standard pension administration enquiries and transactions.

Your key activities will include:

• Processing and completing assigned transaction activities in accordance with established service standards, procedures, and policies.
• Providing research, analysis, interpretation, and recommendations on a variety of cases.
• Ensuring consistency of application, validity and financial accuracy of related documentation.
• Responding to enquiries and requests from employers and plan members, former members, and retired members.
• Supporting system updates and identifying opportunities to streamline processes by making improvements to pension administration.

What you'll bring to the role:

• The completion of a college or university related program, supplemented by 3 years of pension administration experience. Equivalencies will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client care excellence to meet established service levels, prioritize urgent work and communicate with plan members, employers and other key stakeholders with sensitivity and tact.
• Completion of a benefits designation such as CEBS or RPA is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $51,100 - $71,500
