We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Logistics, Billing, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid analytical mindset, familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Billing, Dispatch, and Operations) to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance tools and dashboards for data analysis, issue tracking, and decision-making support.
  • Collect, clean, and manage internal and external data sources to maintain accurate and organized databases.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create customized analytics and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor critical operational metrics to identify gaps, trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues in real-time.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data reporting to support leadership in making data-driven decisions.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflows, reduce costs, and drive operational consistency.
  • Provide application health checks and support for smooth implementation and integration into production environments.
  • Support implementation teams by evaluating system readiness and identifying potential operational risks.
  • Update and maintain operational process documents and frameworks on an ongoing basis.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, information technology, or an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ERP and fleet management systems such as Fleet Manager, QuickBooks, or Sage 300 is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and process optimization methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
