Responsibilities
  • Investigates issues, identifies root causes, and develops effective solutions.
  • Performs capacity analysis to identify gaps between required and available capacity to meet customer demand (capacity based on personnel and machinery).
  • Develops and maintains performance reports related to forecasting and other analyses required by management.
  • Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
  • Designs, develops, and implements analytical tools using the technological resources authorized by the company.
  • Coordinates forecast deadlines with clients, adjusts demand to daily hours, and analyzes it against installed capacity.
  • Plays a key role in the monthly forecasting process and communicates with the client when anomalies are detected.
  • Maintains constant communication with the client regarding forecast fulfillment.
  • Engages in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing discrepancies in forecast fulfillment and other related metrics.


Qualifications

1. Education:
This position requires a completed degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields.

English required: 80% (Conversational, intermediate- advanced)

2. Skills and Abilities:
Technological and computer skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Broad knowledge of production planning concepts such as MRP, MRP II, ATP, CTP, among others,

3. Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of planning systems and capacity analysis
