Description:
The Delivery Logistics Specialist is a key member of the logistics team, using data-driven analysis and optimization tools to enhance network performance. This role is responsible for ensuring an optimal balance among customers, couriers, and restaurants, and for driving operational efficiency and a positive delivery experience across several markets.
What’s On Your Plate:
Monitor live courier supply and address any gaps in service.
Handle and resolve live operational escalations.
Analyze key live performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and delivery times to identify and address network issues.
Contribute to team initiatives by taking ownership of specific tasks and following through to completion.
Offer help to colleagues when they face challenges and foster a supportive environment
Troubleshoot live issues by using internal applications (e.g. LiveOps, Google Sheets) to investigate and resolve issues related to delayed or broken orders and other network disruptions.

Process Optimization: The ability to investigate the root cause of issues, identify trends, and implement opportunities for improvement in network efficiency and cost.
System Proficiency: The ability to quickly learn and master complex, often technical, network tools and internal software.
Problem-Solving: A strong analytical and critical-thinking mindset to troubleshoot network challenges and adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances.
Proficient with the use of Google Sheets
Attention to Detail: The capacity to manage a broad set of logistics problems while also getting into the lowest level of detail to drive results.
Adaptability: The willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
Ownership Mentality: A passion for driving positive results and a bias for taking action.
Experience: Relevant experience in a data-driven operations or analytical role is considered an asset.
Must have an open availability, including the ability to work overnights/weekends.
