12-18 month maternity leave contract.
To provide reliable and consistent source of commercial support
in data analysis, sales and marketing programs management, SIP, Salesforce Management, Corporate Accounts financials and Distribution support
Area of accountability no.1: Sales goal/bonus management (SIP), CRM Management (Salesforce) and Corporate Account Financial Data
  • Work with GM and Regional Manager(s) to generate and track sales goals for Canada

  • Realign territories based on postal codes when necessary using Maps on Salesforce

  • Determine data and budget requirements for SIP Plan and Quarterly Payout. Calculate and administer Sales Bonus program per quarter

  • Obtain approvals from finance/ELT and coordinate with HR for payroll

  • Manage CRM System (Salesforce)

  • Lead and implement changes in the CRM tool

  • Provide reports to sales management; tracking progress of field sales team during each focus

  • Data integrity management

  • Work with regional sales managers to implement strategies and tactics

Expected results: Ensure accurate and timely sales reports and Sales Incentive Plan Management. Be the leading authority on CRM system and ensure data integrity

Area of accountability no.2: Manage Master Pricing List, Distributor and Corporate Account updates and Approval Routing Forms

  • Work with GM to implement new price list

  • Create ARF’s for Marketing and Sales promotions/programs

  • Provide post program financial analysis

Expected results: Manage pricing changes, distribution and corporate account updates and ARP Process

Area of accountability no.3: Commercial Operations Credit and Return Policy

  • Manage and oversee returns and credits

  • Manage trade offers

  • Manage Virbac Canada Return’s policy

  • Work with CA & US Order Management to ensure all credits to Distribution are managed effectively

Expected results: Manage Operations of Credits and Returns Policy

Area of accountability no.4: Commercial Strategy Implementation

  • Contributes with Region Sales Manager (s) and Marketing Managers to implement marketing strategies for each product portfolio

  • In agreement with the marketing department and Region Sales Manager (s) to deploy and measure the ROI of marketing and sales strategies

Expected results: Implementation of effective local sales and marketing strategies that increase sales
and profit contribution within the region

Area of accountability no.5: Corporate Account Responsibility

  • Works with Region Sales Manager (s) to ensure Virbac products are listed in the Corporate clinics

  • Works with GM to create and analyze contracts with Corporate Accounts (HeadQuarters)

  • Work with Sales Management to determine Corporate accounts opportunities and strategies

  • Performing monthly Corporate Account sales analysis to identify opportunities and challenges

  • Corporate Accounts - work with finance to manage rebate payouts

  • Expected results: Assists with corporate accounts at HeadQuarters to ensure Virbac’s profitability. Assist with enhancing our presence and partnership within the Corporate Account

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Business/Marketing diploma preferred

  • Previous sales experience with accolades and proven success

  • Animal Health Industry strongly preferred

  • Database management or sales support function experience strongly preferred

  • English and French languages preferred

  • Work hours may include evenings, weekends and holidays
